    Who am I?

    Hey! I'm Laura - your non-diet, integrative Registered Dietitian specializing in women's health and hormonal disorders.

    I help high-performing women stuck in a cycle of body dread and restrictive eating rediscover their health and reclaim balance through intuitive eating.

    I am so passionate about my work because I, too, was stuck in a toxic cycle that involved my self-image, my relationship with food, and my physical-hormonal health.

    I want to support you in your journey so that you can live your life without constantly worrying about what, when, and how much you eat. Let's do this!
